Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, client success, or a related B2B media function
  • Be a fast learner with a passion for sales and business growth
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Be self-motivated and results-driven, with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Be a strategic thinker who can pivot approaches to meet evolving business needs
  • Be an agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • Be currently authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and maintain authorization to work in the Philippines throughout employment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and manage your territory or accounts
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored business solutions
  • Convert prospects into customers while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted sales and business development initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs
  • Build rapport with prospects, communicate value effectively, and develop compelling proposals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections with confidence and professionalism
