Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience, including prospecting, lead generation, and direct sales
- Familiarity with the FinTech, banking, or technology industries
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and lead generation tools
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and build relationships
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Must be located and authorized to work in the US or Canada
Responsibilities
- Dedicate a portion of your time to identifying potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and research
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and determining their fit with Synctera's solutions
- Maintain and update prospecting data in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Present Synctera's solutions to prospects, aligning their needs with our offerings
- Partner with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions to enhance product capabilities
