Sales Executive

Summary

Join World Insurance Associates as a Commercial Lines Client Advisor and leverage our global network to bring risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting, and closing new commercial clients, utilizing our extensive marketing support and HubSpot platform. You'll have access to a broad range of solutions, including personal lines insurance, employee benefits, and retirement solutions. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, a full suite of employee benefits, and a 401(k) match. Your base salary will grow with your book of business, offering significant earning potential. Requirements

• Have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
• Be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
• Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts
• Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing
• Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential
• Utilize World's broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners

Preferred Qualifications

• Sold commercial insurance for a top broker
• Used an insurance agency management software platform, like AMS360 and Epic, and have experience with a sales CRM (World uses HubSpot)
• Built and presented client “pitch decks” / presentations
