Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably selling provider networks, healthcare technology, or related solutions to TPAs, Health Plans or similar entities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of provider network solutions and the operational needs of TPAs and Health Plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the TPA and Health Plan sector to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our provider network solution offerings and the unique needs of TPAs and Health Plans
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Conduct presentations and client meetings to showcase the value of our solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure smooth client onboarding and high customer satisfaction
  • Remain informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of TPAs and Health Plans to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy
  • Prepare regular reports
