Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably selling provider networks, healthcare technology, or related solutions to TPAs, Health Plans or similar entities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of provider network solutions and the operational needs of TPAs and Health Plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the TPA and Health Plan sector to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our provider network solution offerings and the unique needs of TPAs and Health Plans
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of sales targets
- Conduct presentations and client meetings to showcase the value of our solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and close sales, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure smooth client onboarding and high customer satisfaction
- Remain informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of TPAs and Health Plans to identify new opportunities and inform product strategy
- Prepare regular reports
