Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local and international FX markets, including market dynamics, trading strategies, and regulatory environments
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities
  • Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience managing high-value client accounts
  • In-depth understanding or experience with cross-border payment systems and their complexities, including risk management and cost optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with a logical problem-solving approach, helping identify opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Drive negotiations with existing money remittance and financial services merchants, ensuring the achievement of sales targets while optimizing client value
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored FX solutions that meet their objectives
  • Work closely with the internal Trader team to ensure alignment on market strategies, competitive pricing, and efficient execution of FX transactions
  • Provide clients with actionable insights on FX market trends, movements, and forecasts, helping them stay informed and make sound decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of FX transactions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Regularly conduct market analysis and research on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market developments and anticipate client needs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
