Summary

Join Binance's VIP & Institutional team and contribute to the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. You will acquire and develop trust relationships with major global institutional and VIP clients, expanding existing customer relationships through communication and needs understanding. Responsibilities include building customer service processes and systems, analyzing user behavior, and providing optimal customer service solutions. This role requires sales experience with a proven sales KPI, CRM tool familiarity, and at least 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within an international financial background. Strong communication, adaptability, and relationship-building skills are essential. Passion for crypto and fluency in English are required.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI
  • Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
  • Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
  • Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
  • Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in additional languages would be a bonus
