Sales Manager

Requirements

• Hold a very good degree in economics, communications, or equivalent, or completed vocational training with several years of sales experience
• Have prior knowledge and experience in the construction industry or real estate sector, or be interested in entering these fields
• Demonstrate strong sales affinity and have shown to be a top performer in previous roles
• Have high customer orientation and ability to identify client needs
• Enjoy negotiations and can help people see the world through your perspective
• Be willing to go the extra mile and take on responsibility
• Have experience with CRM software or similar digital tools and can quickly adapt to new systems
• Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Speak fluent German and ideally have good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Design active sales processes for an early-stage startup
• Conduct consultation calls with clients, architects, and other industry professionals
• Create a self-sustaining ecosystem involving multiple stakeholders in the construction industry
• Collaborate closely with management and product teams to adapt services to meet architect and client needs
