Summary
Join Bahwan Cybertek Group as a Sales Manager (Sales Director) to lead sales efforts, manage a team of Sr. Account Executives and SDRs, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will oversee sales strategies, leverage your leadership abilities and industry understanding, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business. This role requires strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, along with experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies in the IT or digital transformation sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-growth sales teams and a deep understanding of a specific vertical (Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech). Requirements
- A minimum of 6-10 years of sales experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial or director-level role
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, particularly in the IT or digital transformation sector
- Demonstrated success leading high-growth sales teams in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or AI domains
- Experience managing remote teams and working in a matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of your assigned vertical (Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or Fintech)
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and maximizing team performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Sr. Account Executives and SDRs
- Coach and support AEs through complex enterprise sales cycles
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth
- Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness
- Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, forecast future sales, and adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive management
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
