Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as an Account Executive, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience as a team lead able to motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices and when to apply them
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and present reports to senior leadership effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular training, coaching and feedback to Account Executives, helping them to improve their sales techniques and close rates
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve team performance
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Implement and refine sales strategies and methodologies to drive revenue growth
  • Address and resolve any sales-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge
