Join EcoVadis' high-performing enterprise sales team in Barcelona as a Sales Manager. Maximize recurring revenue from new business across Southern Europe by driving performance and strategic execution. This key leadership role is crucial to EcoVadis' commercial success and involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will define and implement go-to-market strategies, manage KPIs, recruit top sales talent, and ensure optimal use of Salesforce and other sales tools. The position requires strong leadership skills, experience in enterprise B2B sales, and fluency in English and Spanish or Italian. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including managing enterprise-level B2B sales teams
- Demonstrated success in selling Enterprise SaaS or consultative solutions, ideally in high-growth/pre-IPO tech environments
- Strong operational knowledge and experience with MEDDPICCS or similar sales methodologies
- Proven ability to lead teams that engage C-level/VP decision-makers (Procurement, Sustainability, ESG, etc.)
- Fluent in English and fluent in either Spanish or Italian (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive storytelling and negotiation
- Strong ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high-performance culture
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and implement an ambitious go-to-market strategy for your region, aligned with global growth objectives
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on large enterprise opportunities
- Drive team performance to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring forecast accuracy and healthy pipeline coverage
- Set and manage clear KPIs, performance plans, and sales standards in line with company benchmarks
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top sales talent to fuel long-term growth
- Ensure optimal adoption and use of Salesforce, ideally also Salesloft, LinkedIn, Uberflip, Demandbase, Aircall
- Champion the use of MEDDPICCS to reinforce qualification rigour and execution discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, SEN, Product and Global Sales leadership
- Act as a role model for commercial excellence and live the EcoVadis values
- Be agile and ready to adapt as the role evolves with the business
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Salesforce; experience with Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
