Summary

Join Integral Ad Science (IAS) as a strategic seller to drive revenue growth across major Holding Companies and Agencies in Central and Eastern Europe. You will build and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage existing accounts in the Polish market. Responsibilities include delivering presentations, collaborating with sales leadership, supporting business planning, and exceeding sales quotas. The role requires experience in the digital marketplace, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and in-depth knowledge of the media landscape. Fluency in Polish and English is essential, and German is preferred. The position is based in Hamburg or Berlin, with frequent travel to Warsaw.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within the digital marketplace - either at an Agency or in Sales with at least 3+ years experience, programmatic experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales revenue targets or business objects
  • In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and Agency pressure points
  • An extensive and varied network of contacts inside the Holding Companies and Agencies in Poland
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Polish, English and preferable German
  • The ability to build and pitch strategic proposals and initiatives that drive new business opportunities
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities
  • Track record of understanding product and ideas quickly and then applying those to prospects and clients for their benefit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to successfully execute cross-team; commands respect internal/external stakeholders
  • Resourceful and responsive to change – thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and can adapt to ambiguous situations
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills; strong Powerpoint, Excel and Salesforce skills
  • Must be able to travel up to 40%

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strategic relationships with key agencies and brands and their respective Digital teams including Programmatic and Social in the Polish market
  • Identify and drive net new revenue opportunities with a main focus on local Polish brands
  • Activate existing client base from IAS which are currently not activated in the Polish market
  • Manage and improve executive as well as senior management relationships at Holding Companies, independent agencies and brands
  • Regularly deliver one to many scaled engagement sessions, effectively presenting and communicating the IAS value proposition
  • Sustain close communication and alignment with Agency and Global sales leadership to maximise client strategies and collaborate with field sales teams to introduce relationships at various Agency levels to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goals
  • Support business planning, forecasting and revenue growth across the Holding Companies
  • Responsible for detailed understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota
  • Gather market feedback and provide consistent updates to IAS product teams to help drive innovation
