Sales Manager

Summary

Join Kyivstar.Tech, a Ukrainian IT company, as a Sales Manager and contribute to our mission of creating technological solutions. Deliver revenue targets and key performance indicators. Identify and generate new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and potential deals. Lead the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract closure. Build strong relationships with VP/C-level executives. Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients. Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in IT complex solutions
• Knowledge of end-to-end enterprise sales and buying processes
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales and buying processes
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English — Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets and key performance indicators
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, manage sales pipeline and potential deals
• Lead the full cycle of sales process - from initial contact to contract closure, involving relevant internal resources
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with VP/C-level executives in both business and IT domains
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Creatio CRM solutions will be an advantage
