Summary
Join Nano Dimension as a Sales Manager and contribute to the company's mission of disrupting electronics and mechanical manufacturing with its innovative 3D printing solutions. You will be responsible for global sales execution, business development, market expansion, and go-to-market strategy development. This role requires proven experience in B2B sales within the 3D printing industry, along with strong networking skills and the ability to identify new market opportunities. You will also be involved in product innovation and partnership development. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent industry experience, technical discipline desirable
- Awareness of how different industries (automotive, healthcare, aerospace, etc.) use 3D printing
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and partnership development in the 3D industry
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Success in building a sales pipeline, executing sales and exceeding sales targets
- Solid industry contacts and strong networking skills
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch new products
- Availability to travel across the USA and quarterly to EMEA or as required
Responsibilities
- Global Sales Execution - closing deals and generating immediate revenue
- Global Business Development - creating opportunities that lead to mid- & long-term business growth
- Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition - Identifying & expanding into target markets, customer segments, or geographic areas to enter
- Develop & Execute GTM Strategy โ establish clear UVP, identifying the right customers, positioning your product effectively, and executing a solid sales and marketing plan
- Sales & Lead Generation - Finding new leads and exploring new sales channels
- Product Innovation - Giving input internally to and work with Product Champions and R&D teams for product improvements
- Partnership & Networking - Building relationships & engaging with resellers, stakeholders, and industry players to create business opportunities
- Promotion of product - attend shows and conferences, create and post content on social media
- Sales Funnel Management - growing pipeline, maintaining CRM opportunities up to date
- Reporting - Weekly & monthly reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of DLP & SLA printing technologies is desirable
- Experience with resin sales highly desirable
