Summary
Join Treatwell's field sales team as a key driver of growth and strategy in Belgium. Lead a team of 7 field sales representatives, focusing on acquiring new hair and beauty salon partnerships. You will guide the team in identifying partner needs, developing tailored solutions, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The role is remote, based in Brussels, with monthly visits to Amsterdam. You'll be responsible for team leadership, sales growth, process optimization, and goal setting. This position requires strong leadership skills and at least 3 years of experience in a leading sales role.

Responsibilities
- Take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 7 field sales representatives who acquire hair and beauty salons in Belgium
- Be responsible for the growth of our venue base in your regions
- Significantly contribute to the development of our sales strategies and ensure continuous growth of the sales department by optimizing existing processes
- Evaluate weekly and monthly goals, set new individual targets, and motivate your field sales team to achieve top performances
- Take responsibility for your sales team, conduct feedback sessions, and enable goal-oriented management and development through coaching, training, and regular feedback
- Always have a clear overview of our potential partners in your areas and develop strategies together with your field sales representatives to onboard them
