Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the transformer or electrical industry
- Strong understanding of transformer technology and its applications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
