Summary
Join Digibee's growing team as a Sales Operations Analyst and contribute to the company's revenue growth. You will ensure marketing and sales teams use efficient methodologies and policies, track KPIs, manage tools, and support the Deal Desk. This role involves data integrity management, sales analytics and reporting, and participation in demand generation projects. You will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and finance to scale the sales organization. The position requires experience in Ops areas, proficiency with CRM software, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Ops areas (Marketing, Sales, Revenue)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and experience with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced English
Responsibilities
- Provide Deal Desk support
- Support the sales team in quotes generation and approvals for special terms and cases
- Ensure the sales team is following the internal and best negotiation policies
- Ensure the data integrity of the information provided by the GTM team in all our platforms
- Execute the best practices for GTM tech stack utilization from the GTM team
- Continuously contribute to the documentation update and ensure it's accessible to all accountable stakeholders across the company
- Develop Revenue KPIs analysis, reports and dashboards in order to identify gaps and the revenue generation process
- Collaborate with the GTM team in order to implement the optimization of the team processes and workflows, ensuring continuous improvement and ensuring best market practices
- Participate on the implementation of strategical projects of demand generation for inbound, outbound, and ABM initiatives with different stakeholders
- Support ABM strategies through tech stack to monitor key accounts activities and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or technology industries
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker) and/or SQL
- Familiarity with CRMs (Sales Force and/or HubSpot)
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling
