Summary

Join Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, as a Sales Operations Analyst. You will play a key role in developing capabilities that scale revenue growth, working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing teams. This remote position, open to candidates in Mexico, requires 3-4 years of analytical experience and fluency in Sales Operations practices and tools, particularly Salesforce. You will track and analyze data, report on findings, support quarterly business activities, and identify risks to growth goals. Requirements

  • 3~4 years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, etc.)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently manage multiple projects on a tight deadline
  • Fluency with Sales Operations practices and tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Deep comfort with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, BigQuery) and/or willingness to expand skill set to tackle new problems
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, MBA is a plus
  • Fully fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally with leaders from operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth progression of priority projects
  • Track and analyze the impact of key data capture efforts across all markets and segments globally
  • Report on the shape of data
  • Shepherd GTMS
  • Support quarterly business activities and development of executive materials (memos, business reviews, and executive presentations)
  • Identify risks to growth goals and develop action plans to mitigate those risks
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to build strong relationships with executives (EVP of Sales, Sales VPs, Sales Directors) and cross-functional partners
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and honesty because we love to debate ideas. Losing a debate to a good argument is as exciting as winning one with a good argument
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - adaptable and scrappy, with a bias for action
  • Synthesis skills —capable of looking at large amounts of information and distilling the key takeaways
