Summary

Join Granicus as a Sales Operations Analyst and contribute to data-driven decision-making for sales leaders. Maintain and ensure the integrity of sales data in Salesforce, performing data cleanup and validation for accurate reporting. Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards to provide actionable insights, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. Proactively analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, communicating actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic decision-making, automating reporting processes where possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales data analytics or sales operations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience in a software or SaaS company
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of sales data within Salesforce
  • Perform data cleanup and validation to support accurate reporting
  • Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Review and monitor sales pipelines to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance across various dimensions (e.g., product, region, segment, rep)
  • Proactively analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate actionable insights to Sales leadership and other stakeholders
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making
  • Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis
  • Understanding of SaaS sales processes and pipeline management methodologies
