Join Granicus as a Sales Operations Analyst and support sales leaders through data-driven decision-making. You will maintain sales data integrity in Salesforce, perform data cleanup, develop dashboards, analyze sales data to identify trends, review sales pipelines, collaborate with sales teams, provide performance reports, and develop KPIs. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in sales data analytics or sales operations, along with proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales data analytics or sales operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience in a software or SaaS company

Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of sales data within Salesforce
- Perform data cleanup and validation to support accurate reporting
- Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards to provide actionable insights
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Review and monitor sales pipelines to ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to provide clear visibility into sales performance across various dimensions (e.g., product, region, segment, rep)
- Proactively analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate actionable insights to Sales leadership and other stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and scalability
- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
- Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis
- Understanding of SaaS sales processes and pipeline management methodologies
