Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Summary

Join ezCater as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and ensure accurate sales reporting across all teams and internal systems. You will leverage strong analytical skills to report on sales KPIs and operationalize account assignments, providing reporting to various stakeholders. Success in this role requires cross-functional partnerships with sales, finance, and marketing teams. Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast outcomes, supporting the development and implementation of sales planning strategies. You will manage sales databases, develop sales performance dashboards and reports, and assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes. Finally, you will provide CRM system administration support and prepare presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce and Hubspot)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales performance metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights
• Support the development and implementation of sales planning strategies
• Manage and maintain sales databases, including account assignments, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports
• Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes
• Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Provide support for CRM system administration and optimization
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
