Join SentinelOne, a cybersecurity company leveraging AI and data-driven innovation, as a Contract Sales Operations Analyst. Reporting to the Manager of Order Operations, you will review and analyze worldwide sales orders, ensuring compliance and accurate processing. Responsibilities include managing relationships with various teams, providing data support to sales, adhering to accounting guidelines, and creating process improvement solutions. You will also perform month-end close tasks, manage email queues, drive Sales Operations projects, and perform data administration. The role requires analyzing data to identify problems and implement improvements. This position offers a base salary range of $80,000-$110,000 USD.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5+ years of experience in high tech Order Management, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Strong attention to detail but will also have what it takes to handle working in a fast-paced “rocketship” growth environment support a Sales organization
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, & customer services skills
- Possess a solid understanding of CRM systems, opportunities, contracts, and sales process; Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience highly desired
- Must be a self-starter and team player and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and define process for incoming worldwide sales orders in SFDC to ensure compliance with order guidelines and company procedures
- Ensure that orders are processed and expedited with accuracy
- Manage relationships with Sales, DealDesk, Finance and Onboarding teams, etc. to resolve order issues
- Provide support to the sales organization in terms of data requests for customer and order information
- Understand and adhere to Accounting guidelines for order bookings
- Reporting and analytics pertaining to order management
- Develop/ document and own process improvement solutions to achieve company objectives
- Perform month-end close tasks associated with bookings
- Manages maintenance of the Sales Operations email queue to act as frontline support to our Sales teams
- Drives Sales Operations projects as needed to support Sales and the organization’s overall priorities for building scale into our systems and processes
- Manages, maintains and performs data admin actions (e.g. duplicate merging, ownership changes, record alignments & migrations, scrubbing, etc.)
- Evaluates and implements ways to automate and improve current processes, tools and dashboards to drive Sales operational and productivity improvements
- Analyze data and leverage insights to identify problems, effectively incorporates improvements and track success
