Summary

Join Career.io as a Sales & Operations Associate to support one of our brands by providing feedback on CVs, answering client queries, assigning cases, and monitoring interactions. This is a 100% remote role.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers via phone/email/chat and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 9-6pm

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to clients on their CVs and careers via email
• Answer client queries on our paid packages and processes via calls and email
• Assign CV writing cases to suitable writers based on specialization
• Monitor client-writer interaction to ensure the case proceeds successfully

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer support/client service role
• 3+ years of professional working experience
• Experience working in HR and/or career coaching environments
