• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Available for weekend shifts, with potential for weekday afternoons
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Sales Enquiries: Be the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries both in-store and via phone/email
• Admin Follow-up: Keep track of sales transactions, handle receipts, and manage customer database entries
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs to the retail team
• Customer Engagement: Build customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up communications
• Retail Operations Support: Assist in general retail tasks such as staff scheduling, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Data Analysis: Generate weekly sales reports and offer insights for potential adjustments in marketing or inventory

Benefits

• Job Type: Part Time - Weekdays and 1 weekend day
• Working hours: Weekday - 10am - 7pm, Weekends - 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Salary: S$800 - S$1,200 monthly (Monthly Pay Range $800 — $1,200 SGD)
