Summary
Join LogRocket's People Operations team as an intern and contribute to a thriving startup culture in Boston. You will manage the office environment, coordinate team events, and support employee onboarding. Responsibilities include maintaining office spaces, managing supplies, handling mail and packages, and acting as a point of contact for building issues. You will also assist with scheduling meetings, distributing gifts, creating newsletters, and planning social events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. This is an in-office internship requiring 2-3 days per week in Boston.
Requirements

- Resilient and adaptable in response to evolving office needs
- In the downtown Boston office 2-3 days/week (hard requirement)
- The ability to work 25 - 35 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Keeping the kitchen, conference rooms, and other common spaces clean and tidy
- Checking stock of snacks, dairy, beverages, coffee, and office supplies regularly and ordering as necessary
- Setting up and tidying up after office lunches
- Accepting packages, dispersing mail, and shipping out items as necessary, such as swag
- Serving as a first point of contact for any building or office issues, communicate and troubleshoot as necessary
- Providing support for technology and equipment inventory processes
- Scheduling relevant onboarding meetings for employeesβ first month at LogRocket
- Coordinating logistics for distributing monthly company gifts
- Assisting in the creation of the weekly company newsletter
- Helping plan and execute social events (e.g., paint nights, the company holiday party in December)
- Assisting with other ad hoc special projects with the People Team (HRIS implementation and recruiting initiatives) and others (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) as needed
