Responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of OpenSesame's sales operations processes and tools
• Assist with things like creating and documenting scalable and repeatable sales processes
• Start improving data quality and integrity across systems used by sales and customer success teams
• Support teams like Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Managers with process documentation and error resolution
• Assist with things like order management verification and system migrations to ensure smooth transitions
• Analyze data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement in sales operations
• Establish yourself as a reliable resource for teams like Sales Leadership, Order Fulfillment, Partners, Business Intelligence, and Finance
• Lead a small project to develop tools that support self-reflection and development for the sales team
• Conduct training sessions on topics like leveraging data insights, refining sales processes, and using tools effectively
