Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of OpenSesame's sales operations processes and tools
- Assist with things like creating and documenting scalable and repeatable sales processes
- Start improving data quality and integrity across systems used by sales and customer success teams
- Support teams like Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Managers with process documentation and error resolution
- Assist with things like order management verification and system migrations to ensure smooth transitions
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement in sales operations
- Establish yourself as a reliable resource for teams like Sales Leadership, Order Fulfillment, Partners, Business Intelligence, and Finance
- Lead a small project to develop tools that support self-reflection and development for the sales team
- Conduct training sessions on topics like leveraging data insights, refining sales processes, and using tools effectively
