Requirements
- 2+ years in an international setting working in sales operations/support roles, including US market experience
- Solid understanding of sales processes with a focus on process improvement
- Strong CRM skills for effective data entry/management with HubSpot and Salesforce experience
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for data analysis, reporting, and insight extraction
- Experience creating internal documentation, generating reports, and supporting budgeting tasks
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, proactive problem-solving and issue escalation
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Eagerness to learn and accept feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette
- Supportive, customer-focused attitude with effective cross-team collaboration
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative to ask questions and seek clarification
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve our HubSpot CRM and Apollo platform to ensure accurate, updated data
- Be the go-to CRM support for Sales and other teams, including handling questions, troubleshooting, driving best practices, and creating training materials
- Help create regular and ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards to track performance
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support evaluation, implementation, and integration of sales tools and technologies
- Help create and maintain process documentation and training resources for the sales team
- Help identify and implement improvements to sales processes
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales hires on tools and best practices
- Prepare reports and data for accurate sales commission and incentive management
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Sales and Marketing
- Experience as a BDR working with sales executives
- Background in Software Engineering/IT/Professional Services
- Familiarity with additional sales tools like Apollo, MailReach, and Sales Navigator
