Summary

Join Supermetrics as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist and become the technical owner of key GTM tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Gradient Works, ensuring operational efficiency and automation. You will directly improve sales systems, territory management, lead routing, and process optimization. This role involves monitoring and optimizing lead and contact routing, territory deployment, and assignment logic, as well as partnering with the Salesforce team to maintain data integrity. You will also manage Books of Business updates, user onboarding, and the intake process for new tooling. The position requires 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles and a Salesforce Admin certification. Work locations include Helsinki, Dublin, Poland, and the UK (fully remote options available).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles
  • Practical experience with Salesforce, including a detailed understanding of lead routing, territory management, and sales process automation
  • Deep understanding of how to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environments
  • Salesforce Admin certification

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical owner of key GTM tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Gradient Works, ensuring operational efficiency and automation at scale
  • Direct improvements across sales systems, territory management, lead routing, and process optimization with high visibility across commercial teams
  • Monitoring and optimizing lead and contact routing, territory deployment, and assignment logic
  • Serving as the technical owner of GTM systems, overseeing tool strategy, solution architecture, and system integrations
  • Partnering with the Salesforce team to ensure data integrity, process alignment, and CRM governance
  • Managing Books of Business updates and user onboarding across commercial tools (excluding CRM provisioning)
  • Managing the intake and evaluation process for new tooling, vendor selection, and implementation
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation (Confluence) and providing clear updates to stakeholders
  • Contributing to RevTech roadmap planning, budgeting, and prioritization aligned with GTM strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
