Summary
Join SanMar as a Sales Operations Specialist and provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to Inside, Outside, and Sales Operations teams. Key responsibilities include assessing employee productivity, supporting leadership with scheduling, creating sales reports, managing operational systems and onboarding processes, and assisting with UPS claims. Requirements
- 4-6 years of related customer service and data entry experience or equivalent education
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter with strong initiative and high-performance level
- Able to stay on task and work independently with little supervision
- Ability to quickly learn new programs/platforms
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Ability to develop an efficient organizational system to manage processes, information, and communication
- Employs exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Responds well to internal deadline pressures in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Ability to convey information and concepts in a "user friendly" manner to different skill levels and personalities
Responsibilities
- Assess, analyze, and report on employee productivity at the individual and departmental levels
- Support the leadership team with potential schedule changes and capacity planning
- Create reports for our Inside and Outside Sales Team
- Create, maintain, and update users in various operational systems
- Create, maintain and update jot form request; provide reporting as needed
- Coordinate the onboarding of our Inside Sales new hire classes, including initial check in calls with new hires, sending welcome kits, updating users in multiple systems, sending samples, and assisting with verifying all equipment was received
- Manage and send out anniversary certificates for Inside Sales and Sales Operations
- Assist in processing UPS Claims; pull data from ODY for use in reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with timeclock systems with a large employee base and reporting duties
Benefits
- Salary Range: You`ll earn between $25.00 - $33.65 on an hourly basis, depending on experience
- Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary
