Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, proposal development, or contract support
  • Basic knowledge of federal and commercial procurement/contract processes
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization and time management
  • High attention to detail and document consistency
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based platforms
  • Quick learner with a service-oriented, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of client-facing proposals and SOWs
  • Maintain and update CRM records for opportunities, clients, and contracts
  • Lead the internal and external review, formatting, and version control of contracts
  • Track deadlines, manage proposal pipelines, and support compliance with RSI’s standard contracting practices
  • Provide ongoing administrative and documentation support to the sales and leadership teams
  • Assist marketing with content formatting, presentations, newsletters, and internal/external communications
  • Proofread and edit sales and proposal materials created by team members
