Join our client, a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company, as their new Sales Representative! This fully remote position offers a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule. You will manage the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on driving recurring revenue. Responsibilities include lead outreach, pipeline management, CRM usage, and relationship building. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred), excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho is highly advantageous) to track and manage sales activities and opportunities
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and close deals
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • A great attitude, hungry to learn, motivated to succeed, and driven by a passion for closing new business
  • Strong follow-up skills to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales process
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own pipeline and sales activities without constant supervision

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify leads and create new opportunities
  • Qualify leads, present pricing, negotiate terms, and manage the contract signing process
  • Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and progress throughout the sales cycle
  • Drive the process of closing new business, ensuring successful agreements and recurring revenue
  • Effectively track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring continued engagement and long-term business partnerships
  • Timely and consistent follow-up with leads and prospects to keep deals moving through the pipeline
