Sales Representative

Summary

Join Trackman Golf's successful sales team as a Trackman Representative in the Pacific Northwest! You will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services, generating demand through collaboration with golf organizations and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. Trackman offers a competitive compensation plan including a fixed salary, commissions, and bonuses, along with health insurance, 401k, and a benefits package. Requirements

• Possess a Higher Education in Technology, Business or Marketing
• Have 3+ years of consultative sales experience
• Have experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
• Own a car with a full driver’s license
• Be a self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
• Be able to build and maintain relationships easily
• Be able to persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic
• Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills
• Analyze problems and provide well-thought-through solutions
• Consider other’s views and demonstrate listening skills

Responsibilities

• Generate demand through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
• Conduct product demonstrations to Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other golf client segments
• Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
• Prepare proposals and administer orders
• Provide customer training and first-level support
• Organize and implement Trackman University education workshops
• Test products and provide feedback to our software and hardware development teams
• Develop and continuously improve your territory's sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a strong network in the local golf industry
• Have experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
• Possess advanced computer skills, Windows 7-10 configurations (device management), Microsoft Office
