Remote Sales Representative

Join Zipdev as a Senior Sales Representative based in Mexico to drive client acquisition efforts in the remote staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of recruitment, strong industry contacts, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of sales experience in recruitment or a related industry
• Proven history of scaling sales in both small and large companies, with demonstrable revenue growth
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel both within Mexico and to the US as required
• Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Valid tourist Visa to travel to the US

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to secure new clients in the US remote staffing market
• Utilize your industry knowledge and existing relationships to generate high-quality leads and build a robust client portfolio
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations
• Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets, driving significant revenue growth for Zipdev through remote staffing solutions
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, new client acquisition, and market insights
• Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand your network
• Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Suite. to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity
