Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in various sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and negotiation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email marketing and an eagerness to develop proposal writing abilities
  • Basic understanding of (or eagerness to quickly learn) software tools commonly used in HR and sales, such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and talent management systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly and tailor communication to different audiences

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate options and solutions
  • Utilize CRM systems and booking software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate reports
  • Identify potential clients with unmet HR requirements and/or are looking to adopt or upgrade their HR systems
  • Regularly engage with potential clients to better understand their HR requirements and business objectives
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts
