This hybrid role blends sales and technical expertise, focusing on driving adoption of our new developer platform, Echo. You will engage with prospects, deliver demos, and manage the technical sales process, presenting to technical stakeholders. Based remotely on the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST), you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and providing feedback to product development. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs, developer tools, and blockchain development landscape (dapps)
  • 2+ years of experience working in an early-stage startup environment in crypto
  • Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Echo team to engage prospects, serving as the technical subject-matter expert (SME)
  • Manage a robust pipeline while driving the technical aspects of the sales process from initial engagement to technical approval
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs, mapping them to Dune’s capabilities
  • Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that showcase Echo’s value
  • Act as the bridge between prospects and the product/engineering teams, delivering field insights to guide product development
