Summary
Join Dune, a collaborative multi-chain analytics platform, as a Solutions Architect. Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial technical discussions to contract signing and beyond. Build solution briefs, create live demos, and lead security and architecture reviews. Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate sales and identify expansion opportunities. Translate field insights into actionable specifications and share best practices with the revenue team. This is a remote role based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
Requirements
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or solutions architecture for API or cloud infrastructure products
- Hands-on fluency with REST or GraphQL, basic SQL, and Solidity
- Proven record of guiding data intensive integrations for crypto projects, exchanges, or web3 builders across multiple chains
- Strong communication skills that let you whiteboard with engineers in the morning and brief finance leaders in the afternoon
- Comfortable writing quick prototypes in Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Startup mindset that stays calm when priorities shift and resources are scarce
- Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST)
Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls that translate business goals into clear Sim requirements
- Build concise solution briefs that sales, product, and customers can rally around
- Create live demos or reference repos that show how Sim beats the competition
- Lead security and architecture reviews for the new account with CTOs and engineering leads
- Partner with Account Executives pre-sale to accelerate time to close and highlight expansion potential
- Turn field insights into actionable specs for new endpoints and performance targets
- Share playbooks, sample code, and enablement decks that level up the whole revenue team
- Log every touch in HubSpot so we can trace effort to revenue and refine our funnel
