Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Strong closing skills and the ability to turn inbound inquiries into bookings
• Experience in customer service and inbound sales (B2C preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English – persuasive, clear, and professional
• Ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and build customer trust

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – NO cold calling!
• Convert leads into bookings by providing expert service recommendations
• Confidently close sales , addressing customer questions and objections
• Assist customers in selecting the best services based on their needs and location
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service fulfillment
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus
