Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers who have shown interest in Next Health’s services, providing personalized support and education
- Guide leads through the sales process, encouraging them to book appointments or make purchases
- Proactively manage inbound inquiries with exceptional service and tailored recommendations
- Handle leads from digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to action
- Educate potential customers on Next Health’s services, mission, and value, customizing conversations to align with their needs
- Execute strategic follow-ups via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets, contributing to company growth
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity and outcomes within the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and enhance sales performance
- Stay informed on all Next Health services, promotions, and offerings to confidently address customer inquiries
- Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to transform interest into commitment
- Demonstrate high accountability, self-motivation, and effective time management in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
