Summary

Join Hostinger's Inbound Sales team and contribute to the success of over 3 million clients globally. As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will engage with interested customers through online meetings, emails, and calls, guiding them to choose the best Hostinger plan and ensuring a smooth purchase process. You will analyze performance, implement improvements, explore new sales techniques, and provide valuable customer feedback to product and marketing teams. This role requires at least one year of sales experience, excellent communication skills (C1 English or higher), and a results-oriented mindset. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the sales field
  • Proven ability to achieve results
  • C1 or higher spoken English level
  • Good public speaking skills and charisma
  • Willingness to learn new skills and the ability to learn and adapt fast
  • Being a hustler: keen, ambitious, and hungry to get results
  • Ownership – taking full responsibility for personal results and actively contributing to team-level improvements/goals
  • Bias toward action – quick decision-making, and prompt execution, timely communication

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers interested in Hostinger services through online meetings, email communication, and phone calls — no cold calling involved
  • Understand the customer’s needs and, based on them, help customers choose the most appropriate plan for their business needs and growth
  • Guide the customer through the purchase process
  • Analyze your performance results and actively implement improvements based on your insights
  • Proactively explore and implement new sales techniques to enhance efficiency, while contributing suggestions for ongoing improvements to the sales process
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate potential customer needs and feedback to the product/marketing teams, contributing to shaping Hostinger products
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates of Hostinger products and services, becoming a subject matter expert
