Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role
• BS or BA preferred, or equivalent working experience
• Experience in SFDC, Demand Tools, Tableau, Dupeblocker
• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality
• Experience in SQL for Data Analysis and Reporting
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with onsite and remote internal customers across multiple business areas and disciplines
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly evolving priorities in a fast growing company
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct analysis to identify data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate with process improvements and/or control gaps
• Support development and implementation of data governance standards and procedures
• Identify data quality metrics and implement data quality audits to benchmark the quality of data
• Support communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates
• Work with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data elements, or data-related controls and data lineage
• Maintain necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Performs analysis of master and reference datasets and conduct data validation
