Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Italian languages
• Proficient in Excel – the better your skills, the smoother your journey
• Excels in written and verbal communication, with top-notch planning abilities
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment, with a proactive approach to tasks

Responsibilities

• Utilize our products' unique strengths and features to craft personalized proposals tailored to each client's needs
• Foster and nurture partnerships with vendors
• Generate essential documents such as financial and business proposals, commercial offer letters, and exclusive/non-exclusive agreements for diverse client portfolios
• Cultivate robust relationships and networks with key stakeholders
• Deliver regular reports, whether quarterly, monthly, or weekly, and respond promptly to any requests for updates on team progress, achievements, and ongoing tasks
• Handle client inquiries and requests following established workflow procedures
• Engage with Hubspot and Slack platforms, adhering to established workflow guidelines
