Summary
Join Envorso as a Sales Support Specialist and contribute to driving business growth by providing seamless operational support to executives and the sales team. Requirements
- 3+ years in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role within a B2B or consulting environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace skills
- Graphic design or PowerPoint enhancement skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to anticipate sales team needs, proactively address issues, and drive efficiencies
Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and deliver pricing quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with sales leadership
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotes and RFP responses
- Develop visually compelling, persuasive, and data-driven sales presentations for client meetings
- Maintain and improve sales decks, case studies, and other client-facing materials
- Track and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy for reporting
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline workflows
- Support sales executives by scheduling meetings, preparing pre-sales materials, and ensuring follow-ups
- Collaborate with executives on key accounts, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations
- Gather industry insights, trends, and competitor data to refine sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology sales environments
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and project management software
- Knowledge of contract and proposal development best practices
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
