Summary
Join Xometry, a leading digital marketplace connecting manufacturers and buyers, as a Sales Support Specialist! You will provide crucial support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer interactions. This role involves creating sales materials, generating reports, handling account-related escalations, managing customer credit limits, and coordinating customer visits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in multitasking. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the success of our sales team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is remote.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Proficient with Salesforce (able to create reports and dashboards)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities
- Develop Customer-Facing Sales Materials & Presentations: Create polished and professional sales decks, proposals, and other collateral to support customer meetings and sales initiatives
- Develop Customer-Facing Sales Materials & Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to tailor materials to specific customer needs and industry trends
- Develop Customer-Facing Sales Materials & Presentations: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all customer communications
- Generate Ad-Hoc Reports & Analysis for Sales Strategy: Provide data-driven insights to assist sales representatives and managers in making informed decisions
- Generate Ad-Hoc Reports & Analysis for Sales Strategy: Prepare reports on customer purchasing behavior, market trends, and account performance
- Generate Ad-Hoc Reports & Analysis for Sales Strategy: Support account strategy by compiling key metrics and assisting with customer visit preparation
- Handle Quote & Accounting-Related Escalations: Act as a point of contact for urgent pricing, invoicing, and financial concerns when Sales Managers are unavailable
- Handle Quote & Accounting-Related Escalations: Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies, credit holds, or other transactional issues
- Monitor & Manage Customer Credit Limits: Proactively track customer credit limits and identify potential issues before they impact sales
- Monitor & Manage Customer Credit Limits: Work with customers and the internal finance team to address and resolve credit-related challenges
- Monitor & Manage Customer Credit Limits: Communicate with Sales Managers about any credit risks or opportunities for proactive intervention
- Coordinate Customer Onsite Visits: Schedule onsite customer visits and ensure all necessary materials and presentations are prepared in advance
- Coordinate Customer Onsite Visits: Assist in organizing customer meetings, trade shows, and other sales events to maximize engagement and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales support, account management, or administrative roles is a plus
