Summary
Join Instacart's Business Development team as a Sales Systems & Tools Manager I and play a key role in building and maintaining the technology solutions that power our growth. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, partnering with IT and business teams to design, implement, and maintain best-in-class technology solutions for Instacart’s BD Retail business. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the tools platform, including sales support on CPQ, Salesforce, and integrated third-party tools. You will also influence the strategy for Instacart’s sales tools ecosystem. The position offers a flexible remote work environment and competitive compensation and benefits, including equity grants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
- 3-4 years of applicable experience
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification
- Prior experience with building and managing CPQ
- Aptitude with sales technology and enablement tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements on sales initiatives
- Partner with technical teams to design and deploy CPQ & Salesforce solutions using agile
- Run the day-to-day operations of the platform, including customizing CPQ & SFDC as needed
- Support third-party tool pilots, integrations and reporting to enhance sales productivity
- Own and drive enhancements to improve the quality, efficiency, and adoption of tools
- Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
