Summary
Join Instacart's Ad team as a Sales Systems & Tools Manager II and play a key role in building and scaling the tools and processes that drive our business growth. You will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, partnering with IT, Finance, and Product teams. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining best-in-class technology solutions, managing projects, and ensuring SOX compliance. You will also contribute to long-term sales and finance transformation initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences
- 5-6 years of applicable experience, preferably in a digital advertising or e-Commerce organization
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale finance transformation and order-to-cash projects
- Aptitude with tools like Jira, Snowflake, Dun & Bradstreet, High Radius, Oracle
- Salesforce Admin 201 Certification or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Work with senior Sales and Finance stakeholders to analyze and document requirements
- Partner with technical teams in IT and Product to design and deploy solutions on Salesforce
- Manage end-to-end projects to integrate Salesforce with upstream and downstream systems
- Govern change management for order-to-cash workflows with sales teams in Ads & Retail
- Balance long-term and ad-hoc projects independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Run the day-to-day operations of the tools platform, including hypercare support
- Help influence the strategy and roadmap to scale Instacartβs tools ecosystem to meet the growing needs of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with CPQ
- Prior experience with SOX compliance initiatives at public companies
