Sales Technology Analyst

Summary

Join Minitab as a Sales Technology Analyst and optimize our sales technology stack to boost revenue and enhance sales team performance. You will manage and integrate sales tools, support enablement initiatives, and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with sales enablement to onboard new hires, train employees, and improve workflows. Analyze performance metrics, refine KPIs, and offer strategic recommendations to leadership. This role is crucial for ensuring the sales team's effective use of technology to drive organizational growth. Remote work options are available for eligible states.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Sales Operations experience
• 4-year Degree in related field or additional equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with different sales technology tools including automation platforms, dialers, account/contact databases, content management, and enablement tools
• Travel <10%, but required on occasion (sales kickoff, ad hoc trips to HQ, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate sales tools
• Support enablement initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights relating to the tech stack’s effectiveness and impact across the sales organization
• Work with sales enablement to onboard new hires
• Train existing employees with best-in-class practices
• Design/build workflows
• Drive adoption and utilization of the tech stack
• Analyze performance metrics and refine KPIs
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Base salary: $80,000/year
• This role is eligible for $15,000/year Variable Compensation plan based on meeting performance targets
• This role is eligible for remote if you live in one of the following states: Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania (50 miles or greater from State, College), Texas
