Sales Trainer

Summary

Join Xplor as a Sales Trainer to design, implement, and optimize sales training programs for our Integrated Payments and Software Solutions teams. You will develop and deliver impactful training, coach sales professionals, and collaborate with sales leadership to enhance performance and drive revenue growth. This fully remote role requires 5+ years of sales training experience, preferably in the payments or SaaS industries, along with strong sales and instructional design skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales training experience, preferably within the Integrated Payments, SaaS, or FinTech industries
• Strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in software or payment solutions, with expertise in consultative selling
• Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and curriculum development
• Ability to engage, motivate, and educate sales professionals at various experience levels
• Demonstrated success in coaching and improving sales performance through structured training programs
• Experience with Salesforce software, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, or Microsoft Teams)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead training initiatives independently

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, advanced sales techniques, and continuous learning initiatives
• Provide expertise on Integrated Payments and Software Solutions, ensuring sales teams understand product functionalities, value propositions, and competitive positioning
• Implement and reinforce Integrated Solutions Selling methodologies, prospecting techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
• Conduct real-time call coaching, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one mentoring to enhance confidence, tone, and persuasion skills
• Partner with sales managers and leaders to identify training needs and create customized programs that align with business objectives
• Track key sales performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements to optimize results
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), sales enablement tools, and other platforms to deliver and track training outcomes
• Lead in-person and virtual sales workshops, training sessions, and conferences to reinforce learning and skill application

• Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 USD
