Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a Sales Trainer & Coordinator, working remotely and reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs, impacting sales performance. Collaborate with the sales team, manage training schedules, create online content, and measure training effectiveness. You will also create sales communication materials and maintain internal resources. This full-time role requires strong communication, technical, and analytical skills, along with experience in training and development. Based in Barcelona or Madrid is preferred for in-person meetings. Requirements

  • Lively, engaging and confident personality, with excellent presentation skills, who will be comfortable and effective interacting with sales leaders, and delivering sales training sessions for small, medium and large groups in both online and in-person format
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to work independently without high levels of supervision
  • Strong technical skills to be able to manage training sessions in MS Teams with breakout rooms, etc
  • Excellent written communication skills to write sales resources and send engaging email communications to the sales teams, as well as create impactful presentations in PPT or other tools
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships within Growth and in other areas of the business
  • Analytical skills to be able to track and measure sales training impact
  • C2-level speaker of English (written and spoken) + C1/C2-level speaker of Spanish
  • Ability to present and deliver training in English (essential) and Spanish (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office 365 required
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a trainer and developing training materials
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design

Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule all the new hires' Sales Induction Programs and ensure the Learning Path stays up-to-date and relevant
  • Plan, coordinate and deploy sales training events, and monitor training satisfaction and attendance
  • Create knowledge quizzes to assess assimilation of content
  • Design and develop online content
  • Find creative ways to increase engagement and motivation with sales training events (Learnlight Sales Academy, Leaderboards, Rewards, etc)
  • Closely collaborate with key stakeholders to identify sales training needs and develop a Sales Training Plan, in conjunction with the Head of Sales Enablement and Head of Sales Strategy & Operations
  • Create workshop content, based on adult instructional design principles, for a Sales Training Catalogue, which allows sales leaders to choose relevant training for their teams
  • Deliver dynamic and engaging online and in-person sales training sessions which achieve genuine impact
  • Measure the impact of sales training initiatives in terms of sales performance
  • Create and share engaging sales communication emails, sales communication videos, sales guides, and other sales-related resources
  • Maintain Teams Channels for sales communication initiatives (including updates and wins)
  • Manage the Sales Hub to ensure easy access to resources
  • Plan, coordinate and deploy sales communication events (e.g. product launches, process changes, etc), and monitor training satisfaction and attendance
  • Coordinate the Growth Monthly Update PPT decks and sessions
  • Support sales leaders in their role as sales coaches
  • Maintain toolkits, documenting sales training and communication processes and procedures
  • Give direct support to Head of Sales Enablement & Head of Sales Strategy and Operations on specific projects when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and/or sales or skills training will be valued
  • Advanced level of other languages highly valued (French, German, Italian)
  • Video creation/editing skills would be valued in order to be able to create video-based sales resources (or willingness to learn if it’s not an existing competency)
  • Ideally will have experience with engagement tools such as Mentimeter
  • Home-based or office-based (or a mix) – preferably located in Barcelona or Madrid in order to be able to easily attend in-person sales meet-ups
  • Ability to travel when required, typically within Spain/Europe
