Summary

Join NeuraFlash as a Salesforce Account Executive and be a key player in driving new business and building strong customer relationships within the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sector. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to account management, and collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Engineering. This role requires 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling to large TMT accounts. The position offers a remote or in-person work option with up to 25% travel, flexible hours, and a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be a quota-carrying top sales performer committed to continuous learning and maintaining Salesforce certifications.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Telecommunications, Media, and Technology accounts
  • 3+ years experience selling services and software, with a focus on TMT companies
  • Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
  • Experience with Salesforce, selling end to end implementations
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions

Responsibilities

  • Perform as a key employee in the role of Account Executive, with a focus on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers
  • Tightly partner with the Salesforce Sales and Customer Success organizations including Core AEs & SEs within the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) organization
  • Be a quota carrying top sales performer focused on new logos who is looking to learn and innovate to help the company meet its sales and high growth targets
  • Partner with Account Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities
  • Commitment to hard work, positive attitude, and continued learning
  • Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience (for NeuraFlash’s customers, and our partner Salesforce), by delivering quality and timely responses
  • Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce certifications
