Summary

Join Nextiva as a Customer Account Executive and redefine customer experiences. You will manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business customers, uncovering opportunities through various outreach methods. Responsibilities include cross-selling solutions, delivering product walkthroughs, using sales frameworks to close deals, maintaining Salesforce accuracy, and exceeding sales targets. You will leverage your strong communication and listening skills to build relationships and drive revenue growth. This role requires 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, proven revenue growth success, fluency in English, and proficiency in sales tools and frameworks. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Proven success growing revenue within existing customer accounts
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and listening skills; able to type 50+ WPM
  • Skilled in multichannel outreach and follow-up (calls, email, SMS)
  • Salesforce CRM experience and forecasting comfort
  • Working knowledge of BANT, MEDDPIC, or similar qualification frameworks
  • Competitive, coachable, organized, and customer-obsessed

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing small to mid-sized business customers (100 or less Employees)
  • Uncover opportunities through discovery-led outreach using calls, email, SMS, and voicemail
  • Cross-sell solutions such as call center features or reporting dashboards based on actual business needs
  • Deliver tailored product walkthroughs that demonstrate how Nextiva drives business outcomes
  • Use BANT and MEDDPIC frameworks to qualify, prioritize, and close deals with confidence
  • Maintain Salesforce accuracy, manage pipeline, and forecast revenue weekly
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver Amazing Service®, leveraging the value of our products and services
  • Strategically build a strong pipeline to ensure quota is consistently met
