Summary

Join Freestar as a Salesforce.com expert and collaborate with Business Development, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams. You will be trained on Freestar's products and the AdTech industry. Responsibilities include collaborating with Salesforce Administrators and business owners, defining requirements for implementation, designing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other applications, troubleshooting issues, managing change control and documentation, and managing user access and security. You will also work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions using Flows, Dynamic Forms, and custom metadata. The role requires 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, 4+ years of professional experience in a technology function, and comfort with APIs and data synchronization. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce AI experience and DevOps Center experience. Freestar offers a full-time salaried position and a flexible vacation policy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience administering Salesforce.com, ideally across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform features
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a technology function or role
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data synchronization tasks
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.), and platform governance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our team of Salesforce Administrators and communicate at a high level with business owners and other technology team members, managing CRM, operational workflows, and customer portals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understand business needs, and define requirements to guide implementation
  • Design and implement repeatable and scalable solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Work with data and analytics team members to integrate Salesforce with source databases and data warehouse solutions
  • Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other applications
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions to resolve issues at the source
  • Manage Salesforce change control for both new functionality requests and environment management
  • Own system documentation for Salesforce, its integrations, and ongoing enhancements/updates
  • Manage Salesforce user access, security, roles, and profiles
  • Use Salesforce DevOps Center to manage change control, ensure reliable deployments, and maintain version control across sandboxes and production
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable, low-code or declarative solutions using Flows, Dynamic Forms, and custom metadata where appropriate
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and overall platform security posture
  • Flex into other projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred; other certifications are a plus
  • Strong time management, planning, prioritization and technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience interacting with a wide variety of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Executive leaders
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Start-up background preferred, comfortable being a jack-of-all-trades and working on a breadth of projects with short turnaround times
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, accountability, and curiosity
