Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and automation tools
  • Experience designing or advising on technical architecture within Salesforce
  • Strong admin skills: Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Reports & Dashboards, etc
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Ability to read and modify Apex classes and triggers (Platform Developer I-level proficiency)
  • Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Architect certifications
  • Experience with integrations (e.g., Workato, Gainsight, Conga, Docusign, REST APIs)
  • Partner & Customer Community administration experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and implement scalable Salesforce architecture for new and existing solutions
  • Configure standard Salesforce functionality (custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot Apex code (read, debug, and occasionally write/test lightweight Apex triggers, classes, and test code)
  • Analyze org health and recommend improvements to technical debt, security, and automation
  • Assist in documenting system configurations, architecture decisions, and support processes
  • Provide hands-on support for users, including issue resolution and small enhancements
  • Help manage and coordinate deployments (changesets or DevOps tools)
