Join EcoVadis' Frontline Digital Transformation team as a seasoned Salesforce Administrator. This foundational role supports business process improvements and develops the EcoVadis SFDC org for various departments. You will guide colleagues in deploying technologies, align business processes with Salesforce best practices, and design and implement Quote and Product Configuration integrations. The position requires managing initiatives through various phases, building documentation, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with QA testing. Success in this role demands strong technical and interpersonal skills, along with a desire for continuous learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing)
- Practical understanding of finance and accounting related processes including taxations, revenue recognition
- University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator
Responsibilities
- Guide colleagues and leaders in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value while providing mentoring to functional teams on how to best leverage value from the Salesforce
- Align business processes with Salesforce best practices
- Design, implement, and test leading-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations
- Collaborate with the team throughout the software solutioning process
- Manage initiatives through gathering requirements, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Build and maintain technical solution documentation
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution
- Troubleshoot big/fix issues as they arise
- Assist with QA Testing and regression testing (bugs, changes, projects, and Salesforce releases)
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ
- Strong experience in technical analysis, systems' design, peer review, prototyping, build and release, quality processes, automation, task estimation, maintenance, and support
- Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; manage laterally and upward
- Desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues and ideas to stakeholders within the context of their business
- VsCode, Github, AzureDevOps experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a devOps oriented environment
- Experience with Agile methodology is preferred
